The spokesperson of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, Chen Binhua, introduced that the batch of typical cases on safeguarding the rights and interests of Taiwanese compatriots released by the Beijing High People's Court selected representative cases that have been based on the court's judicial functions in recent years, serving to protect the legitimate rights and interests of Taiwanese compatriots and Taiwanese companies, as well as actively implementing the "36 judicial measures for Taiwan" of the Supreme People's Court.
