Starting at 12:01 today, China will begin implementing adjustments to the tariffs on imported goods from the United States. The following measures are in place: 1. Adjust the additional tariff rate on imported goods from the United States as specified in the announcement by the State Council Customs Tariff Commission from 34% to 10%, and suspend the implementation of the 24% additional tariff rate on US imports for 90 days. 2. Stop the implementation of the measures specified in the announcements by the State Council Customs Tariff Commission regarding adjustments to the additional tariffs on imported goods from the United States.
