Hongxin Electronics has established multiple technology companies in Xiamen.

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Xiamen Suihong Lingxi Technology Co., Ltd., Xiamen Suihong Zhichao Technology Co., Ltd., and Xiamen Suihong Lingzhi Technology Co., Ltd. were established, with Mao Yan as the legal representative and registered capital of 10 million RMB each. According to the equity penetration displayed by Qichacha, all three companies are wholly owned by Shanghai Suihong Huachuang Technology Co., Ltd. under Hongxin Electronics.
