With the approval of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, the General Office of the State Council recently issued the "Legislative Work Plan of the State Council for the Year 2025." The "State Council Legislative Plan" emphasizes the thorough study and implementation of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the Twentieth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, adhering to the unity of reform and the rule of law, highlighting legislative priorities, and providing high-quality legislation to serve the overall work of the Party and the country.
