The Market Supervision Bureau of Jiangxi Province has learned that the province will focus on cracking down on "bully terms" in industries such as e-commerce, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. In order to further regulate the format terms of contracts in key areas and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, the Market Supervision Bureau of Jiangxi Province has decided to launch a special campaign against illegal acts related to contract format terms from May to October province-wide.
The above-mentioned special campaign will focus on consumer hot issues, resonate with consumer demands, highlight key industries, leverage media advantages, and closely cooperate to carry out the campaign in three stages: mobilization and deployment, organization and implementation, and action summary. According to the Market Supervision Bureau of Jiangxi Province, this special campaign will specifically target typical violations of unfair format terms in industries such as university student training institutions, extracurricular care for primary and secondary school students, cultural tourism, electric vehicle rental, property services, and e-commerce.
