Nvidia and AMD will sell chips to Saudi Arabia for use in its AI data centers.
According to a move by the Trump administration, Nvidia and AMD will supply semiconductor products to the Saudi Arabian artificial intelligence company Humain for its large data center project. This initiative aims to lift restrictions on the delivery of advanced technology to the region. Nvidia CEO Huang Renxun announced this partnership at the Saudi-US investment forum held in the capital of the Gulf states, Riyadh. The announcement comes as US President Trump visits Saudi Arabia. In addition, AMD also stated that it will provide chips and software for a data center project extending from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United States, with a cost of $10 billion.
