J.P. Morgan: The reasons for the US dollar's decline remain intact.

After the results of the China-US trade negotiations were more positive than expected, JPMorgan's foreign exchange strategist stated that despite a weakening trend, there are still reasons to short the US dollar. "The lag in the US dollar's rebound compared to US stocks has solid logical support," wrote the JPMorgan team, including Meera Chandan and Arindam Sandilya, in a report on Tuesday. Analysts pointed out that despite the rebound in the stock market and the weakening of market expectations for a Fed rate cut, there are still multiple factors constraining the US dollar.
