On May 13th, Greenland Group and China Coal signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Greenland Group headquarters in Shanghai. According to this strategic cooperation agreement, Greenland Group and China Coal will further deepen cooperation in multiple fields, enhance the level of cooperation, and comprehensively enhance energy security capabilities. This includes deepening coal supply cooperation. The annual cooperation scale between the two parties will be substantially increased from 5 million tons to 10 million tons, better ensuring energy security in Shanghai. They will also engage in shipping logistics cooperation. Exploring the establishment of a joint venture company with capital as the bond to form a storage and transportation capacity of millions of tons per year, jointly building an integrated service chain of coal mining, storage, transportation, and sales. Lastly, they will explore cooperation in new energy, such as in green power consumption and sales, energy storage, etc.
