Outstanding new energy: The project of a production line of 100,000 tons of hydrocarbon-based biodiesel has been postponed to December 2025.

Announcement of Excellence New Energy: The company held a board of directors and supervisors meeting on May 13, 2025, and approved a proposal to postpone the investment in part of the raised funds. The "Annual Production of 100,000 Tons of Hydrocarbon-based Biodiesel Production Line Project" will now reach its scheduled operational status by December 2025. The original estimated operational date for the project was June 2023, and after the first change, it is now estimated to be June 2025. Due to optimization and adjustment of the project construction plan by the company, the overall construction progress has been delayed. The delay of the project does not change the content, investment use, total investment amount, and implementing entity of the fundraising project, and does not require approval by the shareholders' meeting.
