The Wise Finance and Economics APP News, Yixin Group (02858.HK) announced that Mr. Xie Qinghua will retire as a non-executive director after the annual general meeting of shareholders held by the company on May 12, 2025. Mr. Zeng Weiye has been appointed as a non-executive director, effective from May 13, 2025.
