Financial APP News: Shanghi New Energy (01250.HK) announced that on May 13, 2025, Yizheng Shanghi New Energy (a direct non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, as the employer) entered into an EPC contract with the joint contractors (namely, China Electric Power Construction Chengdu Institute and Guizhou Smart Power), under which Yizheng Shanghi New Energy agreed to engage the joint contractors to provide related EPC services for the project.
