China Dal Group Holdings (00139.HK) plans to acquire approximately HK$330 million to acquire a 49% stake in Yao Cai Investment.

Zhitong Finance APP reported that Zhongda Group Holdings (00139.HK) announced on May 13, 2025 that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongda Construction Investment Co., Ltd. intends to acquire 49% of the issued share capital of Yao Cai Investment Co., Ltd. from Lin Zherui, Xiao Shaoyou, Xing Xintong, Chen Senhong, and Chen Gezhou, for approximately HK $330 million. The payment will be made by the buyer through the issuance of commercial acceptance bills after completion.
