Wang Ping, former deputy director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, has been expelled from the party.

Recently, approved by the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee, the Heilongjiang Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision conducted a case investigation into the serious violations of discipline and laws by Wang Ping, former member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Qiqihar Municipal People's Congress. After investigation, it was found that Wang Ping violated the Party's organizational discipline by not reporting personal matters as required, seeking benefits for others and accepting money in cadre selection and appointment; violated integrity discipline by accepting gifts improperly; abused his position to seek benefits for others in promotion, job adjustment, project contracting, hospital drugs procurement, illegally accepting money, and suspected of bribery.
