(TPG) completed the sale of company shares to China Mobile Hong Kong Limited on May 7, 2025, TPG no longer holds any equity in the company. Therefore, Mr. Zubin Jamshed IRANI has resigned from his positions as non-executive director and member of the company's audit committee and remuneration committee, effective from May 13, 2025.
