Zhitong Finance APP News, Juntu Intelligent (688306.SH) announced that, in order to meet the business development needs of its wholly-owned subsidiary PIA Automation Amberg GmbH ("PIA Amberg") and to ensure the smooth progress of related projects, the company plans to increase the capital of PIA Amberg by no more than 50 million euros using its own funds or self-raised funds. The increased capital amount will be included in the capital reserve. After this capital increase, the registered capital of PIA Amberg will remain unchanged, and the company will still indirectly hold 100% of its equity.
