Weifu High-tech announced on the evening of May 13th that the company has recently received a commitment letter for stock repurchase loan from the Wuxi Branch of Industrial Bank Co., Ltd., with a loan commitment amount not exceeding 135 million yuan and a loan term not exceeding 36 months.
