Shenzhen: Applications for "Nanshan Navigator Card" rental subsidies are now publicly accepted, with a maximum monthly subsidy of 5000 yuan.

Recently, the Housing and Construction Bureau of Nanshan District, Shenzhen City issued a notice stating that they are currently accepting applications for rental subsidies from holders of the "Nanshan Leading Card" for the year 2025, with acceptance continuing until May 20th. The applicants eligible for this subsidy are holders of the A card and B card of the "Nanshan Leading Card" according to the "Nanshan Leading Card Management Measures". The subsidy amount is 5000 yuan per month for A card holders and 3000 yuan per month for B card holders.
