According to the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the investigation into the case of Wu Xiaobin, former Party Secretary and Vice Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province, on suspicion of bribery, has been concluded by the Shanxi Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and transferred to the procuratorial organs for examination and prosecution. Designated by the Shanxi Provincial People's Procuratorate, the case is now being handled by the Datong City People's Procuratorate. Recently, the Datong City People's Procuratorate made the decision to arrest Wu Xiaobin on suspicion of bribery. The case is currently under further investigation.
