Porsche announced multiple personnel appointments, including Schetchna serving as Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board.

On May 13, Porsche AG announced the continued advancement of its plan to replace board members. Starting on August 19, 2025, 45-year-old Vera Schalwig will take over from 59-year-old Anne Foelna as head of Human Resources and Social Affairs. At the same time, 49-year-old Joachim Scharnagl will take over the Procurement Department from 62-year-old Franz Koch. Schalwig currently serves as the head of the Human Resources Department at the Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen headquarters of Porsche AG, while Scharnagl is currently the head of New Car Project Procurement and Supplier Management Department.
