This deliberate act aimed to create confusion in public opinion, further misleading the public about the test results and our products, causing further damage to our brand image. Avita has filed a civil lawsuit against this and demanded an immediate halt to the infringement, as well as compensation of 10 million RMB for economic and reputational losses.
