Xi Jinping: China will always be a good friend and partner to the countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.

On the morning of May 13th, President Xi Jinping attended the opening ceremony of the fourth ministerial meeting of the Forum of China-Latin America and the Caribbean Community at the National Convention Center and delivered a keynote speech. Xi Jinping emphasized that no matter how the international situation changes, China will always be a good friend and partner of Latin American and Caribbean countries, and will work together with them on their respective paths to modernization.
