According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Chongqing Xinbo New Energy Automotive Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established, with Tang Kaijian as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes manufacturing of automotive parts and accessories, research and development of automotive parts, manufacturing of non-ferrous metal alloys, processing of non-ferrous metal rolling, and research and development of new materials technology. The equity penetration data on Qichacha shows that the company is indirectly wholly-owned by Xinbo Group.
