On May 13th, the China Insurance Association released the "Standards for Aging-friendly Services for Insurance Institutions", which specifies the definition, basic principles, management mechanisms, and specific standards for aging-friendly transformation in various service channels and service stages. This provides specific guidance and a basis for insurance institutions to effectively and reasonably carry out aging-friendly transformations.
