On May 13, the China Insurance Association released the "Norms for Elderly Services in Insurance Institutions". This standard clarifies the definition of elderly services, basic principles, management mechanisms, as well as specific standards for the aging transformation of various service channels and service links. It provides specific guidance and basis for insurance institutions to effectively and reasonably carry out aging transformation of services.
