Announcement from HaoWu Co., Ltd., its wholly-owned subsidiary Neijiang Pengxiang Investment Co., Ltd. provided joint guarantee for Tianjin HSBC Auto Sales Service Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, in its application for a financing amount of 25 million RMB from Toyota Financial Services (China) Co., Ltd. The agreement was signed with Toyota Financial on December 11, 2020. Due to Tianjin HSBC having fully repaid the financing to Toyota Financial, and Neijiang Pengxiang sending an inquiry letter to terminate the guarantee for its subsidiary to Toyota Financial on April 23, 2025, Toyota Financial confirmed in their reply that Tianjin HSBC had settled all financing amounts and agreed to terminate the guarantee responsibility for Neijiang Pengxiang.
