Civil Aviation Administration: Deepen and implement the "branch operation connection, full-network integration" to promote the optimization and upgrading of domestic transit service products.
The Civil Aviation Administration held a meeting in Beijing on the 12th to discuss the work plan for ensuring normal flight operations and service quality in 2025, as well as the deployment of measures for ensuring flight operations during the thunderstorm season. Deputy Director Ma Bing emphasized the need for reform and practical effectiveness, and to strive to bring the work of normal flight operations and services to a new level. The first point is to optimize the layout and create a convenient and smooth air transportation network. Deepen and improve the "hub and spoke" network, promote the optimization and upgrade of domestic transfer services, and enhance the quality of international flight operations while actively expanding emerging markets. The second point is to focus on demand and stimulate the vitality of the civil aviation transportation market. Continuously optimize the supply of services that meet the special needs of civil aviation passengers, improve the convenience level for civil aviation passengers, and effectively enhance the governance capacity of civil aviation services. The third point is to strengthen coordination and ensure the operation of flights during the thunderstorm season. Strengthen dynamic management of flight operations, accurately detect changes, scientifically adapt, and proactively seek changes, comprehensively and timely share critical information; truly integrate the "five early" measures into the decision-making process to achieve a rapid response; highlight the forward-looking and predictive nature of the work, attach great importance to dealing with complex weather conditions, and ensure safe, smooth, and orderly operations.
