On May 9, 2025, Zhu Hexin, Deputy Governor of the People's Bank of China and Director of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, met with a delegation led by Lu Xidan, Deputy Minister of International Affairs of the Brazilian Ministry of Finance. The two sides exchanged views on promoting bilateral investment cooperation, and jointly addressing climate change. Li Hongyan, Deputy Director of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, accompanied the meeting.
