Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau reminds investors to be vigilant against illegal elements impersonating securities companies to commit fraud.
Recently, the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau has noticed that some criminals have been impersonating employees of local securities companies to commit fraud. Typical fraudulent activities include: using non-regular mobile software of securities companies, establishing "internal fund-raising and boosting groups", pretending to be industry professionals recommending stocks, organizing "stock price boosting meetings", requiring investors to join "institutional sub-accounts", requesting investors to transfer funds to non-securities company bank accounts, and demanding investors to pay an additional 20% proportion of profits. The above illegal activities seriously harm the legitimate rights and interests of investors and disrupt the order of the securities market. We urge all investors to be vigilant, distinguish between truth and falsehood, stay away from illegal securities activities, effectively protect their own rights, and be cautious against falling victim to scams.
