Dongjiakou Port Area LNG Terminal 2 Berth in Qingdao Port has been approved for use.

On May 12th, the Shandong Provincial People's Government website issued a reply on the external use of berth No. 2 at the Dongjiakou LNG terminal in Qingdao Port. The designed annual throughput capacity of berth No. 2 of Qingdao LNG receiving station is 5.3 million tons, forming a "double berth linkage" pattern with the existing berth No. 1, promoting the annual LNG unloading capacity of Dongjiakou port to exceed tens million tons and further consolidating Qingdao Port's position as the largest LNG receiving base in northern China, assisting in the realization of the "dual carbon" goal.
