Zhixin Finance APP News, Shangji Technology (301330.SZ) announced that on May 12, 2025, the company signed a "Acquisition Intention Agreement" with Yu Mengchu, Li Weihua, Cheng Tian Limited, Longdingxing, Long Juxin, Long Hexin, Long Yixin, Wolonghui, Li Weixiong, and the target company. The company plans to acquire a total of 55% equity of Shenzhen Longzhiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. ("Longzhiyuan") held by Yu Mengchu, Li Weihua, Cheng Tian Limited, Longdingxing, Long Juxin, Long Hexin, Long Yixin, Wolonghui, Li Weixiong in cash and obtain the controlling rights of Longzhiyuan.
