Cubon Pharmaceuticals announced that the company plans to recoup its investment costs by transferring 2.2184% of its stake in Meinuowei, corresponding to a registered capital of 116.614 million yuan, at a transfer price of 2218.3748 million yuan. The company has signed a "Equity Transfer Agreement" with Yuanhe Venture Capital on the matter of this equity transfer. After the transfer, the company will still hold 4.28% of Meinuowei's shares. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction or major asset restructuring, and will not result in any changes to the company's consolidated financial statements.
