On May 12th, the Department of Culture and Tourism of Qinghai Province issued a notice on further regulating the behavior of travel agencies renting tour buses. The notice specifies the "five no rental" system and "three no rental" requirements for the behavior of travel agencies renting tour buses, prohibiting the illegal operation of tour buses from other provinces in Qinghai. The notice states that in order to further regulate the tourism market order, protect the legitimate rights and interests of tourists, create a safe, stable, and orderly tourism market environment, and promote the high-quality development of the tourism industry.
