The company intends to use its own funds to subscribe to the Suzhou Rongxin Health Industry Venture Capital Center (limited partnership) (tentative name, subject to final registration by the business registration authority, hereinafter referred to as "Rongxin Health") with an investment of not more than RMB 10 million, with the remaining investment amount to be raised from other eligible investors by the fund manager.
