The Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China CNR Corporation Ltd., Sun Yongcai, held talks with the Deputy Secretary of the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Governor, Luo Dongchuan.

On May 11th, Sun Yongcai, the Party Secretary and Chairman of CRRC Corporation Limited, met with Luo Dongchuan, Deputy Secretary of the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee and Governor, in Xining and held discussions. Yu Weiping, Vice President of CRRC, and Liu Chao, Deputy Governor of Qinghai Province, attended the meeting. Luo Dongchuan expressed hope for further deepening practical cooperation between the two sides in areas such as the development of new energy industry clusters, high-end equipment manufacturing, and clean energy transportation.
