The Shenzhen Real Estate Agents Association believes that the weekly volume of second-hand housing transactions was affected by the May Day holiday, showing fluctuations in the past 2 weeks, but the current volume has returned to normal levels. According to public data on the number of second-hand housing units for sale, as of May 12, 2025, there are a total of 71,832 valid second-hand housing units for sale in the city, a decrease of 499 units from the previous week.
