Bojie Corporation (002975.SZ) plans to transfer 2.46% equity of its affiliated company Huaxin Intelligence.

Zhitong Finance APP news, Bojie Stock (002975.SZ) announced that the board of directors of the company has agreed to transfer 2.46% equity of its holding subsidiary Shenzhen Huaxin Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huaxin Intelligent") to Hainan Runfeng Jiaze Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hainan Runfeng") for a transfer price of 5.9 million yuan. At the same time, the company has waived the preemptive purchase right of other shareholders to transfer 0.87% equity to Hainan Runfeng. After the transfer is completed, the company still holds 4.40% equity of Huaxin Intelligence.
