Kouteng International (03336.HK): Dachang (Suzhou) signs new Dachang II return agreement with local government.

Zhtng Cijng APP news, Jtng Guj (03336.HK) has announced that on May 12, 2025, based on the reasons disclosed in the section "Reasons and Benefits for Terminating the Agreement and Entering into a New Agreement for Dachang II Return" in this announcement, Dachang (Suzhou) and Huaying (Wujiang) have entered into a termination agreement. The parties to the contract irrevocably and unconditionally agree to terminate the Dachang II return agreement, effective from the date of the termination agreement, in order to release themselves from their respective obligations under the Dachang II return agreement; and waive their rights to claim against each other or seek other remedies in relation to the Dachang II return agreement. The Dachang II return agreement shall no longer be valid and effective, even if it contains any contrary provisions.
