Solutions Medical Care: Deputy General Manager Ge Lei resigns for personal reasons.

Simcere Medical Care announced on May 12th that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation report from Deputy General Manager Ge Lei. Ge Lei applied to resign from the position of Deputy General Manager of the company for personal reasons, and will continue to work at the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Yihui Technology Co., Ltd. Ge Lei's resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors.
