Wang Yi said that China and Venezuela are good friends who trust each other, and good partners in common development. The bilateral relationship has withstood the test of international changes. Three days ago, President Xi Jinping had a fruitful meeting with President Maduro in Moscow, pointing the way for the development of the relationship between the two countries in the next stage. China is willing to work together with Venezuela to implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, promote new tangible results in the all-weather strategic partnership between China and Venezuela, and better benefit the people of both countries. Wang Yi stated that China and Venezuela are both important members of the global South. China appreciates Venezuela's commitment to self-reliance and national development despite pressure, and is willing to strengthen unity and cooperation with Venezuela, advocate and practice multilateralism, safeguard its legitimate rights and interests, defend the common interests of developing countries, and promote mutually beneficial cooperation between China and Latin America. Both sides should fully utilize the role of the China-Venezuela High-level Commission to coordinate and promote cooperation in various fields such as agriculture, trade, and energy and mining. China welcomes more high-quality Venezuelan products to enter the Chinese market, is willing to strengthen exchange of governance experience between the two countries, and help Venezuela continue to explore a development path that suits its national conditions. Wang Yi stated that the rapid development of Latin American countries onto the international stage is an inevitable trend. China firmly supports regional countries in unity and self-improvement, playing a greater role in international and regional affairs. China is willing to work together with Venezuela and other Latin American countries to oppose hegemony and bullying, uphold international justice. China appreciates Venezuela's support for the construction of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States mechanism, active participation in the China-Latin America forum, and is willing to work with Latin American countries to discuss development and revitalization, plan future cooperation, achieve more outcomes in this current ministerial meeting, and inject new vitality into the construction of the China-Latin America community of shared future, and work together with global South countries to build an equal and orderly world multipolarization. Hill stated that Venezuela and China have established an all-weather strategic partnership, bilateral relations have achieved all-round development, and cooperation in various fields has achieved significant results, which Venezuela is satisfied and proud of.
