Apologies for the delayed opening of the exit roller shutter door at Shanghai Railway Station.

On May 12th, the railway Shanghai station reported that at 5:26 am, after the arrival of train K80 at Shanghai South Station, the southeast and northeast exit gates of the station were opened normally, while the northwest exit gate was delayed in opening due to staff not strictly following work standards, causing some passengers to wait at the exit gate. The railway department deeply apologizes for the inconvenience caused to passengers due to inadequate work. Currently, the station has organized a special analysis and will assess and deal with the relevant responsible persons according to regulations. Next, measures will be taken to further strengthen staff education and management, and improve the quality of passenger services.
