The Science and Technology Department of Hainan Province and the Finance Department of Hainan Province recently issued the "Management Measures for Science and Technology Innovation Vouchers in Hainan Province", proposing to pilot the nationwide exchange of innovation vouchers in fields such as southern propagation, deep sea, and aerospace. Through signing cooperation agreements with science and technology authorities in other provinces and cities, and establishing a mechanism for mutual recognition of service institutions, enterprises can use innovation vouchers on the platform to purchase science and technology innovation services in different regions, promoting the orderly flow of high-quality science and technology innovation resources across regions.
