Yuexiu Real Estate Company announced that Guangzhou Urban Construction Development Co., Ltd. will publicly issue corporate bonds for professional investors in 2022. Interest will be paid from May 17, 2024 to May 16, 2025, starting on May 19, 2025. This bond issue, with a total issuance of 500 million RMB, is referred to as "22Suijian01" with a coupon rate of 2.9% for the current period.
