According to the National Computer Virus Emergency Response Center's detection, 65 mobile applications have been found to illegally collect and use personal information. These apps did not clearly notify users to read privacy policies or collection rules when they first ran, did not explicitly seek users' consent by default selecting agreement with privacy policies, had difficult-to-access privacy policies, and did not clearly inform users of the information processors' names or aliases, contact information, and the duration of personal information storage in a significant, clear, and understandable manner before processing personal information. The 9 mobile applications involved are "Leishi KTV", "Faceu Cute", "Wisdom Stone Indoor Location SDK", "Stock Exchange", "Chinese Lesson Online School", "Screen Recorder", "T3 Travel", and others.
