India imposes anti-dumping duties on titanium dioxide from China.

On May 10th, the Taxation Department of the Indian Ministry of Finance issued Notification No. 12/2025-Customs, accepting the affirmative final ruling recommendation made by the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry on February 12, 2025 regarding the anti-dumping investigation on titanium dioxide originating from or imported from China. It was decided to impose anti-dumping duties of $460-681 per ton on the products involved from China, effective for a period of 5 years. This case involves products under Indian customs codes 28230010, 32061110, and 32061190. The measures will come into effect from the date of this notification being published in the official gazette.
