According to the Enterprise Check App, Shanghai Electric New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Shen Jinzhao as the legal representative and a registered capital of 5 million yuan. Its business scope includes: sales of new energy vehicles; sales of household appliances; sales of solar thermal products; manufacture of gas, liquid separation and purification equipment, etc. The equity penetration displayed by Enterprise Check shows that the company is wholly owned by Electric Wind Power.
