YTO Express established a new company in Kunming.

According to the Qichacha app, Kunming Yuanhui Logistics Co., Ltd. was recently established with Ke Xinghua as the legal representative and a registered capital of 50 million RMB. Their business scope includes domestic and international freight forwarding, general cargo warehousing services, and international air cargo transportation agency. Qichacha's equity penetration display shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by YTO Express.
