ST Jinko announced on the evening of May 11th that on May 10th and 11th, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Chongqing Jinko respectively received the "Civil Order" served by the Fifth Intermediate People's Court of Chongqing. The Fifth Intermediate People's Court of Chongqing approved the reorganization plans of Jinko Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Jinko Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and terminated the reorganization procedures of the company and Chongqing Jinko. After the Fifth Intermediate People's Court of Chongqing approved the reorganization plans of the company and Chongqing Jinko, the company and Chongqing Jinko will enter the reorganization plan execution stage. If the reorganization plan is successfully implemented, it will be beneficial for the company to optimize its asset-liability structure, enhance the company's sustainable operation and profitability, and will have a positive impact on the company's financial indicators for the year 2025.
