The fourth ministerial meeting of the China-Latin America and Caribbean Forum will be held in Beijing on the 13th of this month, with foreign ministers or representatives of member countries of the Forum and relevant regional international organizations in attendance. Qiu Xiaoqi, special representative of the Chinese government for Latin American affairs, said in an exclusive interview with CCTV that China has established various types of partnerships with 16 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. Against the backdrop of the current complex international situation, with increasing deficits in peace, development, and governance, China and Latin America will use this ministerial meeting as an opportunity to send a message of unity and cooperation to the world and promote deeper and more concrete development of the China-Latin America Community of Shared Destiny.
