Beijing releases the Annual Housing Development Plan for 2025.

Recently, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development released the "2025 Beijing Housing Development Annual Plan", clarifying the annual goals and key tasks of housing development. It focuses on optimizing housing land supply, supporting reasonable housing demand, strengthening housing security and other eight aspects, proposed specific tasks, action plans and work measures to consolidate the stable trend of the real estate market, promote high-quality housing development, and promote higher-level living standards. The "Plan" proposes optimizing housing land supply. Adhering to supply according to demand, arranging 240 to 300 hectares of residential land for commercial housing, prioritizing development and construction in areas with complete facilities such as around rail stations to create vibrant residential and commercial centers.
