On the evening of May 9th, the "JD Blackboard" WeChat official account announced that the approval rate for JD's food delivery service is only 40%. A very few merchants that do not meet the standards are trying to sneak in. If users find "no dine-in restaurants" that do not meet the standards in JD's food delivery, they can provide feedback through the "problem feedback" entrance on the merchant's store page. The feedback will be followed up by a specialist, and once verified, the merchant will be immediately taken offline. After verification and taken offline, users will also receive a 40 yuan JD meal card. According to JD, "no dine-in restaurants" refer to pure delivery stores that do not have offline operations, and do not include coffee and tea, cooked food, cakes and desserts, and brand pickup services.
